The first step is to listen carefully to the customer to get a comprehensive understanding of his and her needs – from both a personal and a company perspective.

Communication and Teamwork

You cannot communicate too little. And an information is only worth anything if you share it with others. Also being empathetic is crucial to make a team effort a success. At the same time it is necessary to be clearly, directly and to keep your emotions under control. 

If you have the ability to convince people instead of persuading them and to solve conflict situation, you will be considered a great and valuable team member.

Passion and Curiosity

Because I am passionate and curious, I am willing to take the extra steps and make the sacrifices to gain the necessary knowledge and collect the valuable experience I need. I burn for the success of my clients and my team. And it gives me so much back when we can celebrate the joint effort and we receive the recognition in what we do – be it a completed project or a signed contract.

Adaptability and Flexibility
